Hard work and an abundance of good luck

After graduating from college and renting a small basement apartment for a year, Omyia decided she wanted a change of scenery. After looking at a variety of properties, this little slice of land emerged from the woodwork and before she knew it she was in love. A short time later she was lucky enough to call it home.

Shortly after moving in Omyia and Tyler, along with help from their supportive families, fixed up just enough stalls to bring Omyia’s horses home. Over the next 3 years the farm grew. Over this time we have put in a large wooden fenced horse paddock, put in a new floor in the main barn, and started work on the inside of the house.

Our goals for the future are to fully fence in the property and add more paddocks in the field, put new footing in the indoor arena and an outdoor arena, and potentially offer horse boarding. We are also interested in growing and diversifying our farm more by adding more goats, laying hens, broiler chickens, and potentially some pigs or cattle.
